Ed Maxwell has joined the Transatlantic Agency as Literary Agent. Formerly an agent at Sanford J. Greenburger Associates, Ed began his career in book publishing in 2011. He has always favored representing visual storytellers and their captivating art-driven literature to publishers. Standout titles and authors he has represented include Feminist Baby by Loryn Brantz, Queer Love in Color by Jamal Jordan, The Fisherman and the Whale by Jessica Lanan, and the forthcoming graphic memoir In Limbo by Deb JJ Lee. Ed also works with adult non-fiction authors and the rare avante-garde novelist determined to break apart conventional wisdoms in favor of brighter futures. Stuti Shah brings a unique and diverse background to her role as the Contracts Assistant at Transatlantic Agency. Stuti has a bachelor’s degree in Legal Sciences and a diploma in intellectual property law and is completing the Publishing program at Toronto Metropolitan University. A former lawyer, she has worked in the field of securities litigation and capital markets. Stuti moved to a career in Publishing to seek professional fulfilment and purpose and to pursue her passion for books.
