Transatlantic Agency is pleased to announce that Senior Literary Agent Stephanie Sinclair is representing award-winning publisher Page Two Books for international rights outside of the English language, along with selected audio rights and with Transatlantic’s Rob Firing for selected speakers’ representation. Since initiating the program with Page Two in Spring 2018, Sinclair has reported over 65 rights deals in 22 territories. Says Sinclair, “I’m tremendously excited and proud to be working on the Page Two list. These titles are relevant, highly readable and received well internationally. It’s a privilege to be working with Jesse and Trena in this capacity.”
With the growing success of Page Two, which has launched a diverse list of books in over five years, including Wall Street Journal and Globe and Mail bestsellers and national and international award nominees, co-founders Trena White and Jesse Finkelstein have taken a step back from their secondary roles as literary agents at Transatlantic to concentrate on their growing firm. They are looking forward to collaborating with Transatlantic on a number of programs that will benefit their clients. “Samantha Haywood, Stephanie Sinclair, and the other agents at Transatlantic are talented and forward-thinking publishing professionals,” says Trena White. “We’re grateful for the opportunity to grow this alliance and take it in new directions over time.”
Says Samantha Haywood, President of Transatlantic, “This is an alliance that aims to complement and strengthen the other’s publishing model. We are longstanding colleagues with a shared vision for excellence and innovation in publishing, and we’re excited to see what the future holds.”
Specializing in non-fiction, Page Two develops tailor-made publishing strategies for subject-matter experts, thought leaders, and innovators, applying the highest standards throughout. They turn experts into authors, help organizations produce beautiful publications, and position books for real-world success. Page Two books are distributed by Raincoast Books in Canada and Publishers Group West, a division of Ingram, in the United States and the rest of the world. From international bestsellers like Michael Bungay Stanier’s The Coaching Habit (now at more than 500,000 copies sold) to community-building publications for organizations like the Mastercard Foundation, their team has collectively published thousands of game-changing books.
