Stuti Shah brings a unique and diverse background to her role as the Contracts Assistant at Transatlantic Agency. She has a bachelor’s degree in Legal Sciences and a diploma in intellectual property law. A former lawyer, she has worked in the field of securities litigation and capital markets. However, she moved to a career in Publishing to seek professional fulfilment and purpose and to pursue her passion for books. Thereafter, she enrolled in the Publishing program at Toronto Metropolitan University. In her role as Contracts Assistant at Transatlantic Agency, Stuti truly assists creators and their agents as she facilitates contracts and provides administrative support. Stuti aspires to play an integral part in publishing books that make a meaningful contribution to people’s lives and to build a community for herself of like-minded people who share a deep-rooted reverence and love for books.
