Greystone Books has acquired Insect Expedition, a picture book co-written by renowned environmentalist David Suzuki and acclaimed children’s writer Tanya Lloyd Kyi (Me and Banksy, This Is Your Brain on Stereotypes), with illustrations by award-winning illustrator Qin Leng (I Am Small, Hana Hashimoto Sixth Violin). In the book, Bompa and his twin grandkids set out for a walk believing they know everything about their neighborhood. But they quickly discover a whole new world of intriguing insects. Lloyd Kyi was represented by Amy Tompkins from Transatlantic Agency; Suzuki and Leng were unagented. Publication is planned for Fall 2023.
