Elisabeth Breslav grew up during the Nazi occupation of Holland. Now 94, she is a regular essay writer for the Oronoque Villager magazine in Stratford. Her article Buried Memories of World War II Return to Surface recently appeared on the Editorial Opinion Page of the CT Post, The New Haven Register, The Greenwich Times and The Stamford Advocate.

Elisabeth currently lives in Connecticut, USA. Blackouts, Bombs And Sugar Beets is her forthcoming memoir.
