The Transatlantic Literary Agency is taking today, September 30th to pause, listen and remember on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation here in Canada. 

This day honours the children who never returned home and Survivors of residential schools, as well as their families and communities. Public commemoration of the tragic and painful history and ongoing impacts of residential schools is a vital component of the reconciliation process.

On National Truth and Reconciliation Day, we will be thinking of and honoring the victims and survivors of residential schools and ask that you join us in acknowledging the horrors of those institutions as well as our call for further examination of their legacies and increased efforts towards reparations.
